i am thinking of starting my own business after my a-levels in corporate catering, offering quality food, marquees, events management, waiters, etc. I do not have any experience in this sector but i am told there is none needed, although i am not an experienceed in catering, i was hoping to be involved in the business side of things, and empoy a head chef to oversee the food preperations, and events manager to organise the events, etc, and myself to act as the managing director, is this venture viable?
