  • Open Question: How on Earth did SIX million people in the UK pay the WRONG amount of PAYE tax?

We now live in the electronic age where every penny can be easily watched, HM Revenue and Customs has a new computer system called NPS that cost millions to 'improve' tax collection, but it's now been revealed that 6 million of us have either overpaid or underpaid tax on the PAYE. Those under payers will have to pay back on average £1400 next year as the taxman recoups it. But don't worry, you will be told before CHRISTMAS if you're one of them! Presumably, where the good UK people bailed out banks, the HUGE bankers bonuses might also now be recouped and bungling tax office employees might be SACKED in order to save a bit of money and not pay them any redundancy money due to their incompetence and negligence..... though I seriously doubt it. http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-11186397 http://www.telegraph.co.uk/finance/personalfinance/consumertips/tax/7981144/PAYE-tax-errors-force-1.5-million-people-to-repay-1400.html Your thoughts tar v much.

This research aims to provide a more comprehensive insight into Taiwanese child care and to identify problems associated with childcare in Taiwan, however, limited to time and budget, all mothers and childcare workers come from Tainan city. Even though each city in Taiwan is similar in terms of economic and political development, thus all local kindergartens and regulated child care centres, have only a small variation across Taiwan in the range and scope of service offered for fees, quality, financing, teachers training, wages and monitoring. In other words, the conditions for children under three tend to be somewhat more consistent across Taiwan. It cannot be assumed that the findings of the research would be generalized to the nation.

  • Open Question: so let me get this straight 9/11?

was a bunch of Saudi Arabians, Lebanese, and Egyptians financed by a Saudi Arabian guy living in Afghanistan and sheltered by Pakistanis. Does that mean we need to invade Iran?

  • Open Question: How can one tell if they're compatible with a partner?

OK, I'm good-looking, no lie. But my girlfriend is a big, horrible, fat, sweaty meatball. She stinks the house out with her odour and farts, she burps, scratches her ar*se, and her teeth are grizzly risleys! She is an unkempt tramp who is a parasite and a drain on my finances and time. She is a burden on me. Plus, she is a bad alcoholic and it is my duty to cure her hangovers with...more ale. But I love her! :| Why is she 'out of my league' as other people say?
