Only when you have decided
on a design should you get a builder involved, there are just too many
variables involved to get a meaningful quote at an earlier stage.
The overall design should
be put in place and drawings done so that a builder can provide an accurate quote. This also limits the chance of unforeseen problems arising which can
happen if you jump straight in and get building before considering your design
properly.
