Getting started with a home renovation project
Many people start with the
question what can or cannot be done to their homes but generally speaking
anything is possible. The real questions are what will I be allowed to do and
how much will it cost?
Always consider why you are
embarking on a project as this will influence many of your decisions. Are you
trying to improve the value of the property for resale? Do you need more space
for a growing family? It may be a combination of factors but being aware of your
reasons will help guide you through the decisions that will have to be made
throughout the process.
Open Question: Indian guy I went out with asked to be friends with beneftits WTF? Sikhs help me out.?
I was in a relationship. The guy is Indian Sikh and 32. We hadn't seen each other for 6 weeks until yesterday. He decided to ask me what I think we should do as he is an architect and travailing. I said just be friends. He said we could be friends with benefits. I said we can be friends but there will be no benefits. He also mentioned his parents want to arrange a marriage for for him. I'd never met his parents but I had a feeling this was happening. I fancy him and I do like him But I am not going to beg him into my life. Its gone from guys who use me to someone I like who tells me his famo want to arrange a marriage. I'm black quarter indian. I don't get why Indian and pakistani guys who are promised to a woman by the parents mess a woman around. I bet if I was white it would be different.
